2019 Career Development Week

Our second annual Career Development Week was a success! Earlier this month, our Support Centre hosted a series of learning sessions, guest speakers and panel discussions, designed to support both the personal and professional development of all our team members. Career Development Week is just one of the ways in which we invest in the continuous growth of our people.
“We are very passionate about the ongoing learning and development of our team members,” said Guy Amini, President of dentalcorp. “We are committed to supporting our team members with tools and resources to help them to realize their career growth ambitions.”
Mandana Diniyarian, dentalcorp’s Accounts Payable Coordinator noted, “Career Development Week was an excellent learning experience and provided us with an opportunity to meet new colleagues from other departments and share experiences. I felt inspired to both grow in my career and support our organization as it grows.”

Throughout the spring and fall, leading, growth-oriented dentists from across the country gathered to discuss the shifting landscape of dentistry and rapid rise of Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).
