We were pleased to welcome the first class of the dentalcorp Associate Development Program (ADP) to Toronto this past weekend for our inaugural ADP Live Event.
On Friday evening, dentalcorp Associates and Partner Mentors from across Canada gathered at the STORYS Building in downtown Toronto for a welcome reception and social, followed by a full day of educational sessions on Saturday. Participants discussed Wellness in Dentistry in a session that focused on stress management and mental health and switched gears to clinical learning for an engaging session on Oral Surgery and Implants for General Practice session, lead by renowned lecturer Dr. Lesley David.
We were thrilled to provide an engaging weekend of learning and networking to our Associates, and are eager for them to apply their learnings into their daily practice.
About the dentalcorp Associate Development Program (ADP)
This is a dynamic professional development program dedicated to the success of Associates in the dentalcorp network. By accelerating learning and positioning participants as future leaders in dentistry, the program provides comprehensive learning to drive career growth.
Participants are provided with hands-on clinical education from some of the best lecturers in the country, unique team learning opportunities to build clinical and leadership skills, and a multitude of resources for self-directed learning. Included in the curriculum is the Partnership Development Program, designed to identify and develop Associates as future leaders within the network.
