Procurement Coordinator

This is a hybrid position based out of our Toronto Support Centre. Reporting into the Director Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, you will work collaboratively with the Procurement team and our network of practices in supporting our procurement activities.
In this role, you will
Triage the dcAssist ticket system for Procurement, facilitating procurement service requests
Load vendor catalog content in the P2P system
Build relationships and maintain ongoing communication with cross-functional areas to ensure timely execution of sourcing-related activities
Challenges supplier cost increases and works to maintain Procurement
Modify or adjust Purchase Orders where required to expedite the delivery of products and services
Helps Category Manager with monthly reporting and KPI tracking
Help team with any ad hoc request, support department initiatives, and plans
Support the different activities across doctor's Invisalign journey. Key activities include:
Onboarding and Offboarding of doctors
Transferring of patients between doctors
Addressing pricing inquiries/disputes
What we're looking for
Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience working as a Coordinator juggling tasks (includes any co-op/internship work)
Confident and effective written and verbal communication
Professional and friendly interpersonal skills
Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
Highly service-oriented with exceptional relationship-building skills with high response levels
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is an asset
Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
