Welcome to Toothworks Fairview Park Dental, conveniently located in Fairview Park Mall in southeast Kitchener, ON.
We’re currently seeking a Dental Administrator to join our fantastic team! Our practice offers a comprehensive range of services to meet our patients’ needs, including general dentistry, oral surgery, Invisalign®, children’s services, cosmetic treatments, emergency care, and more.

Schedule: Full-time
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (10:45-7:15)
Saturday (8:45-5:15)
Looking for additional hours? Alternating Tuesday & Sunday available!
Tuesday (10:45-7:15)
Sunday (8:45-5:15)

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience
Clinical background and experience with dental software program AbelDent is required
