Dental Administrator - Live Well Dental

Live Well Dental is dentalcorp's first new practice build in Toronto. Our state-of-the-art practice is located at Front & Spadina, steps away from Union Station, for an easy commute. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care utilizing the latest and most innovative technology.

Schedule: Full-time

Monday & Wednesday (12:30-6:30)

Tuesday & Thursday (12:30-7:30)

Saturday & Sunday (8:30-3:00)


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them

  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps

  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database

  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations

  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts


About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of administration experience

  • Dental Assisting background an asset

  • Experience with the dental software program Dentrix considered an asset
