How long have you been a Regional Manager with dentalcorp?

I joined dentalcorp in 2018 as a Practice Manager and transitioned into my current role as Regional Manager in June of 2021.

What excites you most about your current role?

Many different elements of my role are exciting, especially working with an amazing group of people every day to deliver excellent patient care. I love being a part of a network with endless opportunities for continued growth and development.

What skills are essential to being a successful dentalcorp Regional Manager?

The ability to engage and motivate your team to provide the very best patient care, the willingness to build strong relationships and trust with your colleagues, and making yourself available to provide the necessary support to ensure practice success.

What do the practices in your region do to ensure an exceptional patient experience?

The patient experience starts with the initial point of contact, whether a phone call or email. We ensure an exceptional patient experience by showing respect to patients, engaging in their care plans, addressing their physical needs, and providing emotional support.

What advice do you have for dental professionals starting their careers?

Be passionate about what you do. It’s important to be willing to learn new things while striving to provide the best patient care.

How do you like to spend your spare time?

I enjoy cooking, reading, travelling, shopping, and spending time with my family. I find these activities relaxing. Whether trying out new recipes or having a playdate with my two-year-old niece, there’s never a dull moment in my downtime.

What is the best advice or guidance you have ever received, either personal or professional?

My father once told me that anything worth doing is worth doing well. Always give your best to strive for excellence, and never settle until you achieve your goals.
