Toronto, ON – October 4, 2019 – For the second year running, dentalcorp, in partnership with DC Institute, has been recognized with the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Award for its industry leading continuing education programs in dentistry. This year, the company was honoured with Gold – the highest designation – in the category of “Best Use of Blended Learning” for its Practice Manager New Hire Onboarding program.
The Excellence in HCM (Human Capital Management) Program honours organizations judged to be the best of the best for developing and deploying programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that have achieved measurable and impactful business results. The judging criteria includes program design, use and objectives, and benefits and measurable results.

dentalcorp works with DC Institute, an AGD PACE-approved provider, to offer continuing education courses for dentists and their teams across Canada. Together, they developed and implemented a program that provides new dental Practice Managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage their practices. The team used agile methodology in designing the solutions, which rely on a blend of various learning technologies: Virtual Classroom, eLearning, Performance Support and Social Collaboration.
