Richard is responsible for accounting, treasury and tax matters as they relate to the financial integration of practices, risk and treasury management, accounting oversight, and tax compliance for the organization.

Richard has held various senior financial roles in privately and publicly traded companies as well as multi-nationals across a variety of industries and countries. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance) degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
