Nazanin (Naz) is responsible for leading and delivering our people strategy at Dentalcorp, through organizational development methods and applications. Naz has a passion for driving organizational effectiveness and transformation across talent programs; her portfolio is focused on unlocking our talent, leadership, and performance potential, by strengthening network engagement and culture through organizational capability.

Naz is a contributor and official member of Forbes’ Coaches Council, a Keynote Speaker and contributor on the Future of Work conferences and has been an expert panelist across various podcasts regarding Leadership and Culture topics. Over the past 20 years, Naz has applied her professional experiences on international scales, across a wide range of diverse industries, in both public and private sectors. She holds a PhD, MSc, and BA from Chicago, USA, Manchester, UK, and Ottawa, Canada and is specialized in Organizational Leadership and Psychology.
