Nazanin (Naz) is responsible for ensuring that we are a people-first organization. Her portfolio focuses on driving growth and unlocking performance potential by strengthening network engagement through organizational capability, culture, leadership, learning, and development.  

Naz has a passion for organizational effectiveness, people data and insights, and has a strong record of creating successful strategic leadership and business outcomes. She has nearly 20 years of global professional experience across both public and private sector industries. She holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership, MSc in Organizational Psychology, and a BA in Psychology.
